 What happens if the person is not at home when the items are delivered ?

This does happen from time to time and, when it does, our delivery agents follow a fail-safe procedure. If there's nobody home, they will leave the delivery at your door . you have a choice of standard royal mail delivery of parcel force, so you do not have to be in when the delivery arrives.

It also avoids loss or damage by neighbours or are sick with jealousy at the though of you receiving such amazing items from us !
